Evening Star
As I sit and watch the Evening Star
Shining in the sky
I feel my heart within me singing

It promises a brand new dawn
With the sun rising in the East
With the salmon running, and the fish spawning
And God moving in man and beast
As I sit and look into the fire
And stare into the coals
I feel my heart become inspired
And the healing in my soul
The rocks that stand in the guarding ring
Should daily remind us all
Of that great strength we each hold within
Even if we're young and small

All of our children must be taught
To see the beauty in each soul
