Cellular Consciousness Movement
Ch: Away, away with primal pain
Primal pain, primal pain
Away, away with primal pain
We’re the Cellular Consciousness Movement
The egg that I came from had a mind of its own
And in its beliefs all my problems were sown
I wake up in sweats in the middle of the night
For as it left the ov’ry my egg got a fright
The sperm that I came from was tired and beat
I think that’s the reason I get such sore feet
Whenever I’m able I like to sit still
And the thought of a journey just makes me feel ill
I rush and I hurry through all of my life
I’m always enveloped in turmoil and strife
The reason’s as plain as the nose on my face
My sperm was afraid that it wouldn't run a place
My sperm picked my egg up one night in a club
They’d too much to drink and not enough grub
Their union was fumbled because they were boozed
Is it any wonder that I get confused
When my sperm met my egg both their races were run
And then they united and formed into one
I wish that they’d done it with a little more love
My life I am sure would need less push and shove
My sperm he came home in a temper one night
And he and my egg had a terrible fight
My legs are all twisted and covered in spots
For my sperm got so angry his tail tied in knots
