You can be sure that as Heaven’s above When the knives come out and push turns to shove Someone’ll get cut unless there’s a lot of love In the room When out of nowhere you hear a shot You can be sure that the news will be hot Til we find out who did what and with what And to whom This place we’re at it has a lot of class But some times it’s like walking on broken glass And somebody falls and gets a shard up the ass Va va voom What was acknowledged? Was it a cough? Or was it just Malcom arguing with Gough? Did I see a masked assassin creeping off Through the gloom? Watch out folks it’s a knight with a mace Spreading havoc all over the place Somebody’s sure to lose a lot of face I presume Sometimes you have a lot of old ordinance Waiting underground to go off by chance And all of that shrapnel is going to lance A new flume Just another day in the pollies' town Somebody wanting someone else’s crown And then you get a lot of agro going down Ka ka boom
